Process
District West Apartments in Lubbock, TX – Building 9 Unit 912 caught fire causing significant damage to the roof trusses and decking. All units were evacuated and Ambo Properties called Sun’s Up. In just one week we were able to remove the existing ceiling drywall, electrical & mechanical components, shingles, decking, and engineered roof trusses. In the same week we hoisted and framed in (15) 45-foot engineered trusses on a two story apartment complex. After installing the roof decking we installed the complex’s matching 30-year shingle.
Result
Our project timeline was met a day early on Thursday May 18th 2023. Lastly, our goal to restore the properties’ appearance and integrity was satisfied.
